Dear Ajit, It is an interesting thought that, it is in uncertain times when maintaining a positive attitude becomes a challenge, especially for employees. Instilling confidence and optimism is a difficult process however providing platforms for people to change their outlook to life will surely have a positive impact. Gaining guidance from thought leaders such as Jack Canfield is one way to gain powerful life tools and begin a transformative journey.
